Polar Distortion
Step 1: Make your panoramic and rotate the image 180˚.
Step 2: Go to image size and change the resolution to 300ppi and make the width the same as height.
Step 3: Go to filter and distort and then polar coordinates.
Step 4: The select rectangular to polar then click ok.
